Consistent with the drive toward Continuous Improvement while bannering the core values of Accountability and Discipline, Philippine College of Criminology recently hired Internal Auditor Alejandro Joves to ensure exceptional financial practice and quality management systems standardization. Having had almost twenty years of experience in Accounting and Internal Audit in various industries, Allen (as he is known by many) brings to PCCR added quality assurance that guarantees the success of the vision and mission of our beloved school.

Having started his career as a working student, Allen was part of the Service Crew of two renowned fast food chains while in college. After graduating, he then worked as a clerk at a department store in Makati. These early jobs would teach him the proper professional discipline to succeed, before specializing in his two chosen areas of expertise. He would begin his Accounting journey with a department store in Recto, and after 4 years, he would start his experience in the field of Internal Audit with a well-known car dealership in Paco. After six years he would take on another role as Auditor in a restaurant chain, prior to going back to Accounting.

Now taking on an essential role here at PCCR, Allen looks to be part of positive change in the community and in the school. He hopes to streamline the processes and procedures of the school, beginning with the financial policies and guidelines, to further improve the overall customer and student experience here in the school.

He believes that what he does is actually out of concern for the welfare of all stakeholders, and should not be seen as the enemy of success. What he does puts the school in a win-win situation toward continuous improvement and progress. He hopes to influence others to work with an aura and spirit of Integrity, Reliability, Passion, and Love for the school and its community.
