MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine College of Criminology (PCCR) has officially achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, a globally recognized standard for quality management systems, reinforcing its commitment to excellence, student satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
The certification process began on February 7, 2024, with TÜV Rheinland Philippines conducting a comprehensive audit of PCCR’s operations, processes, and quality management systems. Throughout the evaluation, PCCR’s Quality Management Department collaborated with external auditors to ensure compliance, identify areas for improvement, implement corrective measures, and strengthen its quality assurance framework.
By July 2024, PCCR has successfully been confirmed to meet the ISO 9001:2015 standards, marking a significant milestone in its mission to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. This achievement underscores PCCR’s dedication to maintaining high-quality education and institutional excellence.
