MUNTINLUPA CITY, Philippines – The Philippine College of Criminology (PCCR) co-hosted the 4th International Conference on Engineering, Social Sciences, and Humanities (ICESSU-2024), organized by the India-based Institute for Educational Research and Publication (IFERP). The prestigious event took place on April 19-20, 2024, at Acacia Hotel, Muntinlupa City.
Representing PCCR’s College of Criminal Justice, faculty members Dr. Gaypelyn Casiw, Dr. Lesa Diaz, Dr. Angeleries Orbigo, and Asst. Prof. Ana Carmela Espenocilla Pakiding, as well as senior Criminology student Sophia Kyla Vibar, presented their research papers on-site. Meanwhile, Mr. Jeric Rivas, Asst. Prof. Kier Tampos, Asst. Prof. Munding Abdurahman, Asst. Prof. Ariane Beria, Asst. Prof. Joan Cinco, and Asst. Prof. Jestoni Carpio participated virtually.
PCCR Vice President for Academic Affairs, Shielilo Amihan, lent his expertise as a conference speaker, while Mr. Kerwin Paul Gonzales, from the College and Graduate School, served as a workshop speaker. Faculty members Ms. Mary Joy Areola and Ms. Melyn Erive hosted the event, with Mr. Lito Lacaba and Ms. Chloie Ann Victoria from the Research Department providing event support.
Through its strong presence at ICESSU-2024, PCCR continues to uphold its commitment to academic excellence, research, and thought leadership in criminology and related fields.
