MANILA, Philippines — Student leaders of the Philippine College of Criminology (PCCR) took a step toward personal growth and effective leadership by participating in the PCCR Leadership Training held at the Every Nation U-Belt Building in Sampaloc, Manila on January 31, 2025.
The training, conducted in partnership with Every Nation Campus, aimed to equip student leaders with essential leadership skills, foster meaningful connections, and unlock their full potential. Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, participants were encouraged to develop confidence, integrity, and a deeper understanding of their roles in shaping the PCCR community.
During the seminar, student leaders engaged in team-building exercises, mentorship sessions, and strategic leadership workshops designed to enhance their decision-making, communication, and problem-solving abilities. They also explored topics such as servant leadership, collaboration, and personal development — ensuring they are well-prepared to lead with purpose and accountability.
By the end of the training, participants were left with renewed motivation and practical strategies to apply in their leadership roles within PCCR. The initiative reinforced the institution’s commitment to empowering student leaders and fostering a culture of excellence and service.
With leadership, teamwork, and character development at the core of the program, PCCR continues to invest in its students, ensuring they are prepared to take on greater responsibilities both in academics and their future careers in law enforcement and public service.
