MANILA, Philippines – On Monday, June 3, 2024, the Student Discipline Department, in collaboration with the ROTC Cadet Officers, led the regular flag-raising ceremony at 641 Sales Street, Sta. Cruz, Manila.

During the event, Jail Senior Inspector Rosendo S. Macabasag (Ret.), Head of the Student Discipline Office, reaffirmed PCCR’s commitment to campus safety, stressing the strict enforcement of anti-contraband policies. He emphasized the institution’s zero-tolerance approach to prohibited items, ensuring a secure learning environment for all students.

A symbolic destruction of confiscated e-cigarette devices and pods followed, reinforcing the school’s stand against contraband. Students, faculty, and staff then took a pledge to uphold PCCR’s safety protocols and actively support policies that maintain order on campus.

The event concluded with a clean-up drive along Barangay 309, spearheaded by the Community Extension Department, further demonstrating PCCR’s commitment to discipline, responsibility, and community involvement.
